A: No. The iControl Smart Controller is only compatible with the new generation iHub devices such as iHub Pro and iHub-4AC. It does not work with the old iHub or the previous Controller43. Additionally, the new iHub-4AC cannot be connected to the old controller.
Q: What is the difference between iHub Pro and iHub-4AC?
A: The iHub Pro is a standalone smart power strip with built-in control capabilities and environmental strategies. It can operate independently without the iControl. The iHub-4AC, by contrast, is an expansion module that requires the iControl controller to access smart features and cannot function on its own.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 shipped to addresses within the continental United States. Orders under $200 will have shipping calculated at checkout. There are no hidden fees or handling charges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Delivery and Moving Disclaimer
Please note: We do not offer moving or installation services. For freight shipments or large items, carriers are only responsible for curbside delivery. Drivers are not required to move items inside your home, up stairs, or to specific locations. We strongly recommend having assistance available at the time of delivery for heavy or bulky shipments.
Address Accuracy & Order Changes
