Using the provided tracking number, you can verify how many boxes should be delivered. If you do not receive all boxes within 14 days of shipment, please contact us.
A full inventory of all boxes must be completed within the first 90 days after receiving them.
If any boxes are damaged during shipment, DO NOT refuse the delivery. Please take photos of the damaged boxes and contents. Any missing or damaged parts will be replaced within the first 90 days. Parts can be ordered through our website:

Riverstone Industries Policy:
